I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon with over 14 years of experience in the mental health field. I enjoy helping individuals utilize their own strengths and interests to work through life's challenges. I use an integrative approach that utilizes psychoeducation and mindfulness in a safe and open space to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered to re-envision the plan you had for yourself. I work with adults experiencing mood/anxiety disorders, life transitions, neurodiversity, athletes, and members of the LGBTQ+ community who are trying to make sense of not only the world around them, but how they fit into that world. I create individualized approaches for clients’ unique experiences to help them find their own courage to see the available choices to create the changes they want to see in their life.
